Toowoomba comes alive in the Springtime! It is the time of gorgeous blooms and non-stop sunshine. The excitement of the Grand Central Carnival of Flowers is in the air, so is the buzz of catching up with lifelong friends and loved ones.

Stella Rossa has a menu of fresh, delightful meals perfect for the warmer weather.

Here are some of our Springtime favourites:

Halloumi health bowl
Grilled halloumi with dukkah & black sesame avocado, wilted kale, roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted pumpkin, hummus, pickled red cabbage, buckwheat in parsley salsa, activated almonds and a poached egg.

Açai bowl
Superfruit acai berry puree, frozen bananas, blueberries and strawberries. Sprinkled with rolled oats, strawberries, blueberries, pistachios, macadamias and almonds.

Classic Bruschetta
Fresh tomato, feta and a balsamic glaze on toasted sourdough.

Panko Crumbed Field Mushroom
With beetroot hummus, dukkah sliced avocado, pomegranate salsa & a poached egg.
